You can edit or cancel before certain operational milestones, depending on assignment state and whether pickup has started.

Changes usually allowed before pickup

  • Recipient phone and delivery notes.

  • Time window updates.

  • Minor address corrections.

  • If edit controls are unavailable, support can review manual changes.

Changes that can affect price

  • Adding extra stops.

  • Changing to a larger vehicle type.

  • Major distance or time changes.

If the cancel button is unavailable, contact support and include the reason so the team can review options.
