Use this guide when you need to switch workspace context or request a different account type for your role.

What this is

Workspace switching controls which tools, orders, and finance views you can access in Maxmove.

What to provide

  • The workspace you need (Customer, Business, Driver, or Fleet).

  • Your current account identifier (email or phone).

  • For team roles: company or fleet name and your expected role.

What happens next

  • Available now: support can review and map your account to the correct workspace and permissions.

  • You may need additional verification before higher-privilege role access is enabled.

  • Coming soon: broader self-serve workspace switching across all role combinations.

If you are blocked in the wrong workspace, contact support and include your target role and current identifier.
